Vanessa Beadling is a highly acclaimed wildlife photographer with an impressive portfolio which has gained wide recognition (including from international competitions/institutions such as the Wildlife Photographer of the Year, Smithsonian Magazine Annual Photo Contest, European Wildlife Photographer of the Year, etc.).

Vanessa hails from Singapore, where she graduated with a BA in Public Relations. Having travelled and lived in a number of countries over the past twenty years (including extended spells in South Korea, China, the Netherlands, Italy and Thailand), she is now ‘settled’ with her family in Dubai.

Throughout the past fifteen years, Vanessa has been a frequent visitor to various countries throughout Africa (including Kenya, Tanzania, Botswana, Zambia, Namibia, etc). She has a passion for animals; be it through support for animal welfare and wildlife conservation, or simply her unswerving love of dogs and cats.

Vanessa has recently established her own company: ‘Vanessa Beadling Photography’. Through this venture, she combines her passions for photography and wildlife by organizing and hosting photographic safaris to her beloved Maasai Mara (as well as elsewhere across Africa). She also retails prints from a limited selection of her photographic portfolio.

Vanessa Beadling Photography offers a unique proposition in comparison to the ‘older, white, male dominated’ African photo-safari market. Her excursions are tailored to provide an unthreatening, empathetic and customer-orientated experience to both seasoned and budding photographers.
